Conveniently located at the main desk in the Academic Technology Center lab on the ground floor of duPont Library, the Student Computer Helpdesk is the place to go with all of your technology questions and problems.
We are staffed with friendly and knowledgeable student technology assistants who are available in person during the hours posted above six days a week and via e-mail or phone anytime. Phone messages are forwarded to the firstname.lastname@example.org address which is monitored even during off-hours.
For problems requiring a room visit, you can schedule a time for one of the student technology assistants to come over and resolve the issue with you.
